Our Head Office is located between Pisa and Florence and because we have been established for over 15 years we are highly respected within the community. Totally Tuscany is unique in that we are a development company and not an agent which means there are no agency fees to pay. The two senior partners are Giampaolo Zucchelli and Gianfranco Migliarini who are both qualified and well respected architects

We employ our own craftsmen who have an understanding of Tuscan architecture and Italian building regulations ensuring a high quality of workmanship. Totally Tuscany offer a complete and comprehensive service including property search, design and planning, project management, total rebuilds and renovations, financial guidance, after sales and much more. Today we are involved in a wide range of restoration projects some of which are highly complex and historically important.
