Casciana Terme is a municipality in the province of Pisa in the Italian region of Tuscany. Located about 60km southwest of Florence and about 30km southeast of Pisa.

Besides the façade of the church, which occupies one side, the main feature of the piazza is the frontal of the Terme di Casciana, designed by the architect Poggi in 1870.
The hospitality is still one the most significant characteristics of Casciana, which is portrayed as a pearl immersed in the green Pisan hills.
