Chianni is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 60 km southwest of Florence and about 35 km southeast of Pisa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,582 and an area of 62.0 kmē. Chianni borders the following municipalities: Casciana Terme, Castellina Marittima, Lajatico, Riparbella, Santa Luce, Terricciola.

The valley of Miemo, so called from the small village that lies among its hills, will surprise anyone who has visited Tuscany without passing through the Commune of Chianni, a small growing village retaining its rural features and with a territory that still has to be discovered made of hills, woods, torrents, streams, waterfalls, walking and bicycle itineraries.

Chianni Farmhouse

Among numerous celebrations taking place periodically in Chianni is the traditional "Wild Boar Festival" held yearly in the middle of November and lasting six days. During the festival it is possible to attend some folkloristic parades and exhibits of street artists and also to admire the products of local craftsmanship and taste excellent local dishes.
